What COVID-19 Safety Measures have you put in place for reopening?
The health and safety of our store employees and customers is our top priority. Kacadas is committed to adhering to and over-delivering on all local state safety and phasing guidelines. New safety measures include:
- Limited capacity to facilitate social distancing
- Required masks for employees and customers
- Frequent sanitization of surfaces
- Wellness checks for employees before working
- Mandatory hand-washing
- Discontinued use of shared testers; testers stored behind the checkout counter
Will you still offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, we actually started offering this service prior to mandatory quarantines. To use Curbside Pickup, simply select it as a delivery option during Checkout.
Have store hours changed?
Yes; we now open one-hour later than our previous schedule to allow cleaning and disinfecting in our store. See current store hours here.
Will you be at any festivals or outdoor events with your trailer - MobileK soon?
As much as we love getting on the road and seeing you at wine, music and food festivals – we have decided to forego all festival and pop-up events until further notice.
Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accepts?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. In addition, when visiting our store we also accept Apple Pay, Android Pay and cash.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
