How To Use: Twist pencil slightly up until the product reveals itself. Create a soft yet defined line along the bottom of the brow, begin to build. Work upwards from the front of the brow, this will help define those hair-like strokes. Continue this same technique through to the body of the brow. Use the spoolie to brush the hairs upwards.
