We are a woman-run team lead by Founder Margo Carter. Margo brings a 30-year legacy of entrepreneurial excellence to the heart of Kacadas. Over the last decade, she’s transitioned from managing an IT Project Management Consulting business to becoming the Founder and Owner of Kacadas. Interestingly, she recognized a parallel between managing complex IT projects and orchestrating a beauty brand: lots of attention to detail, an impeccable understanding of individual needs, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a customer-focused mindset.After her first few years with Kacadas, Margo observed the following: "As I dove further into the world of beauty, I noticed that customers were purchasing products designed to make them feel more beautiful, but they often had little time to use them. Like me, many customers shared they were stressed, had increasing anxiety, had little time for themselves and were stretched thin trying to keep up the juggling act of balancing career, family, friends, social obligations, service obligations and life! I realized that even if we are intentional in selecting personal care products with non-toxic ingredients, unless we use them properly, we will still experience the chronic illnesses we endeavored to avoid."
As a result, Margo became passionate about living a more mindful life and leveraging personal care products to assist in that journey. She is a true believer in the transformative power of mindful beauty.
