How can we help?

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the continental US. (excluding PO Boxes)
We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
What is your US Shipping policy?
Continental US orders are shipped Tuesday–Friday (excluding holidays) via US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. All ground product orders require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–7 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information. You can also track your order on your account page under “Orders”.
Orders and Returns
What Payment Methods do you accepts?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay.
In-store we also accept Venmo and CashApp.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love every purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item that is unused and in its original condition, we’re happy to help.
For returns due to reasons other than defect or error on our part (such as duplicates, gift changes, or personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the item minus the original shipping cost.
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please Note: This excludes Clearance items as they are final sale.
Do you still offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, we actually started offering this service prior to the pandemic. To use Curbside Pickup, simply select it as a delivery option during Checkout.
