This eyeliner applies as a liquid and dries matte in seconds. With the included bamboo brush you can easily create the perfect, sharp winged eyeliner every time. It's easy to layer without clumping and is super pigmented. It's strong enough to stay all day over shadow or on skin alone.

You can easily clean your eyeliner brush with warm water between uses to prevent clumping and make sure you get the perfect application, every time!
How To Use: Use the included bamboo brush or your own eyeliner brush. Gently dip into the product and style your eyeliner as desired. Allow product to fully dry for a few seconds before applying a second coat.
