Order Processing

An email with confirmation of your order and shipping information will be sent to the email address you provided. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) in the order that they are received. 

Shipping

FREE Shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more.  When your subtotal reaches $50 or greater, we pay for your shipping!

Orders that do not qualify for FREE shipping will be charged a Flat Shipping Rate of $7.95.

The USPS or UPS is used for standard shipping.  To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or login to My Account. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

We are happy to help you place an order over the phone. Please contact us at (410) 656-2038 and a representative will assist you with product information, product orders, and any other related product inquiries.

International Orders

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside of the Continental United States due to additional taxes and fees imposed by customs.

P.O. Boxes

For customers with P.O. Boxes, we use USPS Ground (Parcel Post) to ship your orders.

Sales Tax

Kacadas, Inc.is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to applicable states..

 

Return Policy

Kacadas, Inc. wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your products for a store credit minus the cost of shipping.

 Before returning your purchase, make note of the following:

To initiate a return, take the following steps:

  1. Please call or email customer service at info@kacadas.com.
  2. Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and Voucher.
  3. Contact your courier of choice and send us the products you wish to return. (Please include the Return Merchandise Authorization Voucher in the package).
  4. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), the refund amount or store credit will be processed.
